Full Mouth Series XRAYS
2 Dental Cleanings
(in the absence of periodontal disease)
Panoramic XRAY
(if needed)
Emergency Visits: Problem Focused Exam and XRAYS (if necessary)
- 25% discount for cash payments
- 20% discount for credit card payments
- No discounts apply if paying with Care-Credit
A treatment plan will be provided in writing for all recommended procedures displaying Discounted Rate
