Marta Alvarado – RDA
Marta graduated from UEI in 2010 got her Registered Dental Assistant license in 2013. “My favorite thing about my job is making sure every patient that comes in anxious leaves our office feeling satisfied and taken care of, when a patient comes in anxious and leaves calm and reassured, I know we’ve done our jobs well. I love dancing and spending time with my two boys. We enjoy road trips or just exploring new places spontaneously, board games and watching movies are some of our favorite pastimes.”
Aaliyah – Dental assistant
Aaliyah born and raised in Oceanside and has been a dental assistant for several years. Outside of the office she enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with family. She is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their dental care.
Rose Beas – Office Manager
Rose Beas attended CSUB and majored in English with a minor in psychology. She has been in customer service and front office administration for over 20 years and working in dental office management since 2009. “Patient care and satisfaction is my top priority. I have years of experience working with high anxiety dental patients and I completely understand that sometimes you need that extra support to ensure you receive the best care possible. I love that Dreamtime Dentistry is focused on providing not only the best dentistry but also understands that patient comfort is essential to a positive experience.
Aidan – RDA
Aidan grew up in Carlsbad and is a graduate of Carlsbad High. He has been working as a dental assistant at Dreamtime Dentistry for several years. He achieved his Registered Dental Assistant certification in 2023. During his free time he enjoys working on his truck and dirt bike and riding motorcycles. He enjoys helping people and seeing our patients smile.
