Dr. Ryan Watkins
Dr. Ryan Watkins is a dentist with advanced training in anesthesiology, dedicated to helping patients receive high-quality dental care in a safe, comfortable, and stress-free environment. As a Diplomate of the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology and a Fellow of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, he brings a high level of expertise to in-office general anesthesia and IV sedation.
After graduating from the Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, Dr. Watkins recognized the powerful impact that sedation and anesthesia can have—especially for patients with dental anxiety, complex treatment needs, or past negative experiences. He built his practice around making dentistry more accessible for those who might otherwise avoid care.
His anesthesiology training includes extensive experience in the anesthesia departments of Riverside County Regional Medical Center and Loma Linda University Medical Center, and Loma Linda University School of Dentistry Surgery Center where he developed the skills to safely manage a wide range of cases. Over the years, he has provided anesthesia for thousands of procedures, including dental implants, oral surgery, full-mouth rehabilitation, and pediatric dentistry.
Patients and referring doctors trust Dr. Watkins for his calm, attentive approach and commitment to safety. His goal is simple: to help every patient feel at ease while receiving the care they need.
Outside of the office, Dr. Watkins is a proud father of three and especially enjoys working with children, helping them build positive and comfortable dental experiences from an early age.
Dr. Kyung Boen
Dr. Kyung Boen is a highly experienced general dentist with over 30 years of clinical practice, dedicated to providing thoughtful, detail-oriented care for every patient she treats. She earned her dental degree from the Oregon Health & Science University School of Dentistry, where her passion for dentistry first began during a high school summer program.
Throughout her career, Dr. Boen has pursued advanced training in cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, and dental implants, traveling across the country to learn from leading clinicians. Her commitment to continuing education remains strong—she consistently stays current with the latest techniques, materials, and technology to ensure her patients receive modern, high-quality care.
Patients appreciate Dr. Boen’s precision, dedication, and focus on achieving lasting, functional, and esthetic results. She takes pride in delivering dentistry that is both comprehensive and tailored to each patient’s individual needs.
Outside of the office, Dr. Boen enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and exploring new recipes at home. She also enjoys relaxing with her husband while watching Korean dramas—a simple way she unwinds after a productive week.
